Welcome to Ribbons Ballet School
incorporating the Mid Wales Dance Academy & The Chorus Line
Ribbons Ballet School is a large privately run dance school with over 300 pupils, incorporating the Mid Wales Dance Academy, for senior dance pupils, and The Chorus Line, our Musical Theatre School. Although our main sessions are held in Brecon, children's ballet classes are also held in Llandovery. Our outreach department also provides ballet classes for Llandovery College Preparatory School.
The school is fortunate to have Theatr Brycheiniog in Brecon as its main base, where we have use of a large studio with sprung floor, mirrors and barres.
Classes are also held in Priory School, Brecon, and in the Rhys Pritchard Memorial Hall, Llandovery.
The school Principal, Lesley Walker, founded the school in 1995.
